We are looking for Customer Experience/Call Centre Operators to join a well-known global brand who are expanding their New Zealand operations. In this role, you will be part of a multi-functional team that provides exceptional customer service solutions to a wide range of customers and problems. You will be working for an organisation with a reputation for excellence, a diverse workforce and a focus on the ongoing development of their staff.

You will be given comprehensive training before being able to work autonomously.

responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you will be answering inbound calls for a global company. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of computer literacy with excellent speed and accuracy as well as exceptional customer service.

You will be working 8 hours per day answering calls anywhere from general enquiries, service requests, problem-solving and stock ordering etc.
You will be providing solutions and supporting customers throughout the resolution process.
