job description

  • Jan/Feb Start
  • Agile projects and DevOps environment
  • Wellington CBD location

About the role:

You will play a key role within the wider IT group and deliver the product vision across complex multi-platform environments. Working closely with other designers across multi-disciplinary teams you’ll ensure the products we develop are scalable, adaptable and ultimately improve the wellbeing of NZ’s vulnerable citizens.

Skills:

  • It is desirable if you have experience of working with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and DevOps
  • Excellent development experience in Java / J2EE
  • Experience in Cúram, APEX will be an advantage
  • Experience with Web application servers and Messaging service would be an advantage
  • Experience with Unix/Linux/Solaris would be an advantage
  • A strong team player who takes pride and ownership of their work
