Based in Onehunga this role will see you supporting a small HR team as they work through some changes within the team.

To be considered for this role we are looking someone who has been exposed to a generalist HR portfolio, with a specific depth of knowledge in ER and Recruitment. If you have some IR exposure this would certainly help as they will be going through collective bargaining in the near future.

Some of the Employment relations issues you may be dealing with include attendance and issues around breaches in safety. This organisation places a huge emphasis on safety, they have a robust safety policy in place, therefore exposure in this area is not essential but could be advantageous.

To be successful in this position you will be a proactive individual who can self motivate, work with ambiguity and take initiative. The team are extremely busy so you will need to be able to think on your feet and quickly establish your own network of resources.

Although this role is advertised for a junior advisor, we would also be interested in hearing from mid level to senior advisors available for temp/contract work too.

This role requires you to start before the 23rd of March for a handover period.
