Are you a talented, administration driven individual looking for the next step in your career?

A North Canterbury based law firm is on the hunt for a new Receptionist / Office Administrator. In this role you will be the first point of contact for the customer base and be responsible for administration support for the wider team.

A great customer service and administration background is paramount but as the representative of the business you will also need to be well presented, organised, and have both technical and communicative skills.

The main responsibilities are,

Greeting and assisting clients
Answering phone calls
Managing diary appointments
Event planning
Data Entry
