Outstanding opportunity for a sharp, high performing individual to lead the part of the development team focused on maintaining and growing integrations and other cool stuff.

We are looking for a .NET expert to take on management of the company's many integrations, with the remit to help retire, streamline and build new as the business continues to grow.

We need someone who has played a hands-on role in the leadership and development of key projects. Someone who is an exceptional developer with skills extending into software architecture, with experience in technical leadership, communicating with stakeholders and guiding other developers in the team.

Team and cultural fit are very important. You will need to have a strong work ethic and loads of initiative, be a team player and enjoy contributing to and debating ideas.

Key responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining company integrations. You will be instrumental in retiring old legacy integrations that no longer add value, working to simplify existing integrations or building out new as the business continues to grow.

Playing a key role in transitioning company back-end and helping champion a move from monolith architecture to microservices. This includes transitioning company public facing API’s to the new state; for clients who integrate with company’s public API and those we integrate with i.e. Zapier.

Working with the product owner, architect and lead developers in planning and designing new features. This role will play a key part in developing a company's elearning tech, as the company moves into modern learning styles - the future state for the company.

Hands-on involvement in application development, testing and deployment activities.

Promoting a focus on DevOps principles during design, development and deployment.

The continual improvement of internal processes, including Q/A, code reviews, and improving CI systems.

Owning the development and performance of your Squad. Leading your squad to meet the expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment - this role is critical to the squads success.

Fostering a spirit of teamwork and unity among development staff that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity.

Skills & experience:

A minimum of 5 years experience with at least 2 years of experience as a team lead, technical/feature lead, or similar role.

Extensive experience in the development of C# data-driven web applications with a heavy focus on use and development of REST web APIs consumed by client and/or server side code.

A track record of the technical design and delivery of high performance software applications in a SaaS and cloud environment.

Strong advocate for scrum and agile best practices, including strong CI or CD experience.

Experience working with third party API’s, systems and have a knack for working with vendors

Experience communicating with stakeholders across all levels.

Team motivation and engagement, where energy and attitude is key.

Working within a squad environment where coordinating across multiple teams.
