Partner with key stakeholders to develop and support commercially relevant OD initiatives that will drive improved performance. This includes:

  • Advancement of diversity and inclusion
  • Improvement of performance and engagement
  • Developing a high performance culture
  • Development and succession planning which will ensure a reliable pipeline of talent

You will lead and deliver key programs of work and projects, as agreed with Group OD Manager Leadership & Performance. Scope of work may include (but not be limited to):

  • Talent management and development
  • Assessment
  • Culture and Engagement
  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Youth
  • On-boarding

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in an OD role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including influencing, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail
  • Accreditation in developmental tools such as 360 feedback, LSI, HBDI, DISC, Lominger etc. would be advantageous
