Exciting opportunity within the booming construction industry within a family owned business creating cutting edge offices and practices all across Australia and New Zealand. Based within their head offices in Northland.

With offices all across New Zealand, they are looking for someone to join their team on a part time basis (20-30 hours/week) in their head office in Maungaturoto. This position will include sales, marketing, project and service support – from customer service to senior administration, we’re looking for a candidate who is eager to turn their hand to anything.

About the position:

  • Financial administration: supporting the financial department with accounts payable, receivable, processing invoices, quoting.
  • Sales administration: liaising with internal and external stakeholders, arranging freight import, updating pricing and arranging couriers.
  • Marketing administration: collating/printing marketing material, supporting the graphic designer with adds for magazines, updating and supporting with the creating of new website.
  • Customer service: answering incoming calls, answering to online chat inquiries from the website, maintaining showroom and supplies.
  • PA duties: Arranging travel, arranging meetings & minute taking.

The right candidate is likely to have:

  • Ambition and drive, the willingness to learn, grow and develop.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong computer literacy within MS Office (excel especially) and CRMs, experience with bookkeeping software and Quickbooks would be an advantage.
  • The ability to work with colleagues, clients and customers from all walks of life.
