About The Organisation

Come and join this small team at the heart of New Zealand Primary Industries, supporting future generations to develop the skills to succeed in this sector. Based in the heart of Wellington's CBD, this small team has a much wider reach, providing administrative support to the various hubs across the country.

About the Role

This is initially a temporary role, Monday - Friday, Standard Business Hours, ASAP start, 2-month contract with the potential for extension. It would involve;

  • Contract Administration
  • Facilities and Fleet Coordination
  • Office Management
  • General Admin Duties
  • $28-30ph

About you

We are looking for someone that can bring the following;

  • Previous Administrative, Office Management experience
  • Key Stakeholder Experience
  • Strong knowledge and competency working with Word and Excel
  • Confident multi-tasker with strong time management skills, able to juggle shifting priorities.
  • Resilence, initiative, and ability to stay calm under pressure whilst working independently
  • Sense of humor
