Do you enjoy rolling your sleeves up and leading by example? We are looking for a seasoned office manager who has hands on experience in an operational role that can hit the ground running.



Working for a training provider who is a market leader in youth services you will be responsible for driving and managing the operations team to support the delivery sites. This company offer support for people who are returning to the work force by assisting with training, helping people through any roadblocks that arise, in preparation to get into work or study. This organisation work to deliver the best employment possible for their students and clients. You will be working for a company that has a strong culture where they celebrate excellence and courage.

Based in South Auckland the role will be extremely varied and hands on. You will need to have a calm nature and be someone who can problem solve with ease as no day will be the same in this role. We are looking for a vibrant individual who is task driven and is able do display their excellent leadership skills.

Some of the main responsibilities will include:

  • All administration tasks including driving accountability with the team
  • Dealing with clients and students
  • Staff management
  • Updating and maintain service contracts



To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience leading or managing people
  • An intermediate knowledge of the MS office suite
  • The ability to drive tasks to ensure success
  • A confident leader who can gain commitment and responsibility from a team
  • The skills to build rapport quickly and solidly
