Are you an administrator looking for for a step up with more responsibility? The organisation I am working with is looking for an office manager to join their team.

This newly created role is offering a competitive salary, development opportunities and a chance to take ownership in a small, growing organisation. This is a rare opportunity where you can really add value and bring energy to this small but high performing team.

Duties of the role include:

  • Day to day office management, groceries, team event planning, managing office supplies
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Marketing material (social media, website updates)
  • Basic HR
  • Basic accounting through xero
  • Implementation of new processes and procedures
  • Meeting facilitation and workforce planning

I am looking for:

  • Somebody who is looking for a step up from their current admin position
  • A self starter who take initiative - you need to be able to problem solve
  • Intermediate- advanced MS office skills (word, excel, powerpoint)
  • A team player
  • A people person (you will have client interaction as part of this role)

This is an exciting role which is extremely busy and varied, somebody who can come in, hit the ground running and use their initiative will work well in this environment.
