This is a growing organisation within the construction industry and is looking for a temporary office manager (with the potential to go permanent) to assist with opening up a new office.

Located in the CBD in brand new offices this global organisation is looking for their next superstar. This role requires somebody to get stuck in where required, no job is too little of small for this person and you will be the glue that holds the place together!

With Friday drinks and an office dog they are a sociable bunch and are looking for some energy to add to their growing organisation. I am looking for an individual who can work within normal office hours 8.30pm-5pm.

Duties of the role include:
  • Organising client meetings
  • assisting with on boarding
  • Project coordination
  • Organising new office set up
  • Assisting with reporting
I am looking for:
  • A senior administrator/office manager
  • A self starter
  • Somebody who can work well with ambiguity
  • Immediate availability as interviews will be this week
  • Advanced MS office suite skills
