job description

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced administrator/office manager to work Wednesday – Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm. This is a permanent opportunity to work alongside a supportive and friendly team.

Day to day duties will include but not be limited to ;

  • Meet and greet clients
  • Research and prepare senior management documentation
  • Manage the board rooms
  • Organising catering
  • Facility management
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Scanning and filing

The successful candidate will be proactive, work effectively within a team, have good organisational skills and be able to hit the ground running. The ability to manage a busy workload, whilst maintaining a positive and professional attitude is the key to success in this role.

Ideal applicants would:

  • have 3+ years administration experience or held a office manager role previously
  • have experience with MS Word & Excel
  • be available to work Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 8.30-4.00pm
