- Temporary, 6 month contract with potential to extend a further 3 months
- Monday - Friday OR Wednesday - Sunday
- Hours are 7.00am - 3.30pm AND 1.30 - 10.00pm, alternating each week
- $29+ ph + 8% holiday pay & 3% Kiwisaver
- Onsite in Upper Hutt, Wellington
About The Opportunity:
We have an exciting new opportunity within the Justice Sector, working within a key Government department.
This Customer Service/Adviser opportunity sits within a unique Operations team, supporting individuals across New Zealand. As part of this team, you will support with a range of tasks and responsibilities;
- Promptly managing alert systems and responding to notifications
- Working through system errors and tidying up databases as alerts come through
- Making outbound calls to all stakeholders to try and resolve issues
- Collating and summarizing information across various government databases and keeping records up-to-date
About You (We are looking for):
- Switched on, people oriented individuals, that are eager to learn and develop with a unique team environment.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail is paramount
- Resilience and respect for protocol and privacy required
- Previous experience in Contact Centre or Administrative roles is advantageous
