The Operations Team Leader reports to the Financial Operations Manager and is responsible for leading the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Administrators.

The role itself is key to assisting the organisation in achieving its goals and commitments to the industry and associated stakeholders. This role requires you to take responsibility for the quality and integrity of the general ledger data.

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

  • Track record of implementing improvements to financial processes
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills
  • Can slot into an already well-working environment and keep the momentum going
  • Proven leadership / managerial experience
  • Be open to flexibility around working hours
  • A positive demeanour and way of working
  • Excellent communication skills

Key tasks:

  • Lead the Finance Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable administration team

  • Be responsible for eight direct reports
  • Oversee final figures on the transactional side
  • Assisting with monthly forecasting
  • Ensuring the right resourcing is in place to meet organisational needs
