job description

We are looking for a confident EA who can take control of the day-to-day running of our clients busy CEO. This is a role with lots of variety, the ability to work autonomously, as well as the opportunity to learn and develop new skills.

Duties:

  • Diary management
  • Travel and accommodation coordination
  • Board meeting preparation
  • Preparation of agendas
  • Organising meetings and events
  • Producing high-quality documents and presentations
  • Attending monthly Board meetings and taking minutes and agenda

To be successful in this role you will;

  • Bring previous experience in a PA or Executive Assistant role
  • Have excellent communication skills; both verbally and written
  • Have intermediate user of Microsoft Office suite
  • Have the ability to think ahead and plan accordingly
  • Have a calm, focused approach to your work
