A leading international private organisation believes in helping people live longer, healthier and happier lives. They provide a wide range of health services and are passionate about rehabilitation, elder care and quality medical insurance.

Due to a need in the organisation there is a permanent Payroll Administrator position available. This position will be joining their tight knit and relatively large payroll team in Porirua.

The role of the Payroll Administrator is to support the management team in providing an efficient and timely payroll service that adheres to the company’s policies and procedures.

Your key duties are:

  • Process fortnightly payroll administration and payments
  • Reconciliations and reporting
  • Calculations of manual payments
  • Maintain employee payroll files
  • Attend to customer enquires
  • Complete documentation for earnings and employments for external agencies

The desirable candidate will have the following:

  • Ability to work across multiple payrolls
  • Chris 21 system experience
  • End to end payroll experience is crucial
  • Ability to think outside the square
  • Interpersonal and communication skills

A successful candidate would be proactive and be able to work under pressure. Have great communication skills and be able to provide an accurate and efficient service.
