Due to a change in the organisation there is a Payroll Manager position available for a 6 month contract.

The role of the Payroll Manager is to support and manage the payroll team to ensure efficient preparation, administration and control of the company’s payroll.

Your key duties are:

  • Building rapport and relationships with customers in a friendly and positive manner
  • End to end payroll processing
  • Experience with either NAV, SAP, Oracle or Tech1 and Pay Global
  • Develop and implement payroll processes and systems
  • Adhere to compliance policies and procedures

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have relative payroll experience as well as experience in managing a team. Being adaptable and open to change is crucial as well as providing a seamless service. A successful candidate would be proactive and be able to work under pressure. This candidate should be able to think strategically and have strong analytical skills.
