    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant or Team Administrator looking for a move into a PA role, to come and work for this organisation in the public sector on a fixed term contract until July 2023.

    This rewarding role offers plenty of variety and challenge, along with the chance to work with a diverse group of people where you main responsibilities will be:

    • Diary management
    • Minute taking
    • Catering and making travel arrangements
    • Invoicing
    • Reviewing and drafting correspondence

    about you

    We want to hear from you if you are an experienced Personal Assistant or Team Administrator looking for a move into a PA role who picks up processes quickly and can demonstrate or have experience in the following:

    • Experience within a government agency or large corporate organisation
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Fantastic relationship management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
    • Ability to plan and coordinate activities
    • Confident in prioritising conflicting priorities.
    • Sound knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products
