About the job:

Drive the success of your Pharmaceutical team by motivating them and driving them to success with a focus on best practices. This role is the crux to drive our success and ensure that we continuously improve to predict trends and keep the safety of ourselves and our customers at front of mind.

This role has a strong theme of being a proactive leader, implementing effective development resources and processes to ensure you have a high performing team that are technically astute.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive quality improvement within your team
• Using your industry knowledge, personally experience and that of your team, implement and execute plans to ensure high performance
• Seek and share information to constantly upskill your team - detent trends and integrate information into your practices
• Achieve challenging goals to exceed business results
• Have a curious mind and always question why to be able to share these learnings with the team and uncover potential business benefits
