The Company

A growing land and property development consultancy is currently seeking an Intermediate/Senior
Planner to join their expanding team. They provide an extensive service around in town planning, project
management, civil engineering and land surveying. They pride themselves on the a high quality service
and work to an ethics of delivering quality environments to they deliver when partnering with their
valued clients.

The Role

As Intermediate or /Senior Planner you must will have a sound experience working within land
development and understanding of the resource management process ideally with experience working
within land development and the various other. The planning work streams and cover strategic and
policy advice across the private and public sectors,. The work is inclusive of resource consenting for
residential subdivisions and commercial developments and subdivision..

Key Criteria (Senior):

  • A broad range of resource management skills and experience (5 years+)
  • Industry reputation (advantageous to have NZPI membership)
  • Experience in client facing roles
  • Business development experience
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Salary up to $150k

Key Criteria (Intermediate):

  • Planning degree
  • Can-do attitude
  • Positive approach to problem solving
  • Clear written and oral communication skills
  • Relevant planning/resource management experience (3 years+)
  • Up to $100k
