job description

We are looking for an experienced procurement professional to join a collaborative family-like team.

This is a permanent part-time (20 hours a week) opportunity in a recognized FMCG company based in Wiri. As a Procurement Officer, you will be supporting the procurement functions of the business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring the effective management of inventory and stock ordering

- Running required stock reports

- Product maintenance

- Purchase Orders management

To succeed in this role you will be:

- Proactive and a self-starter. You will use your decision-making abilities and initiative.

- Experienced in procurement.

- An intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel user.

- Easy going with effective communication skills.

- Attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
