    You will be working in a large government organization that delivers meaningful service to New Zealanders and improves the quality of life of everyone in New Zealand.

    The Role

    The Product Owner will take a leading role within a delivery squad and will work closely with the Finance group. The Product Owner will be responsible for continuous development of the product and their service to deliver quality user experience and customer outcomes.


    Key duties and responsibilities:
    • Create and promote a Vision for the product, each release and each sprint.
    • Preparation for the quarterly planning process.
    • Reviewing and contributing to the product vision and roadmap.
    • Work with Scrum Lead to ensure successful delivery of each iteration.

    Requirements:

    • Experience using Agile frameworks.
    • An Understanding of procurement processes, accounting policies and finance.
    • Negotiation skills.
    • Great stakeholder engagement.
    • Experience in Oracle ERP/ERPM (not essential)
