    We have an opportunity for someone with an administration project coordinator background in an operations environment, to assist with coordinating and administering a scholarships programme for this reputable government organisation.

    The Role

    This full time temporary assignment runs from August 2022 to March 2023, where you will be responsible for managing a rigorous process that potentially could lead to undergraduates being awarded with a scholarship.

    The role will see you:

    • Process applications
    • Manage a range of scholarship activities
    • Respond to policy queries and provide operational advice
    • Track activity and provide data and information.
    • Support graduation and networking events with scholars and key stakeholders

    The successful candidate will:

    • Have strong administration project coordinator experience
    • Have experience dealing with an operational process
    • Be able to manage and liaise with various stakeholders
    • Be good at managing their time
