Purchasing Administrator

My client is currently on the lookout for a new Purchasing Administrator to join their Wellington based accounting division for a three month temp contract. You will be joining the team as soon as possible till end of January 2019.

The organisation is largely Wellington based, with it’s major operation here. However smaller branches/ offices are spread throughout the country. The company and the accounting team offers multiple avenues for development for the right candidate due to it’s size, vision and values.

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following abilities:

  • Building a good rapport and relationship with internal customers in a friendly and positive manner

  • Administration experience

  • Investigating customer queries - discrepancies etc.

  • Excel experience

  • Microsoft Office experience

  • Experience with either NAV, SAP, Oracle or Tech1.

  • Common sense and positive attitude

  • Able to pick up systems and processes quickly
  • Flexible
  • Good communication skills
