My client is currently on the lookout for a new Purchasing Administrator to join their Wellington based accounting division in a permanent position. You will be joining the team for an asap start, and thorough training will be provided.

The organisation is largely Wellington based, with it’s major operation here. However smaller branches/ offices are spread throughout the country. The company and the accounting team offers multiple avenues for development for the right candidate due to it’s size, vision and values.

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following abilities:

  • Building a good rapport and relationship with internal customers in a friendly and positive manner
  • Full end to end Accounts Payable processing experience
  • Investigating customer queries - discrepancies etc.
  • Invoice processing
  • Ad-hoc Finance administration
  • Experience with either NAV, SAP, Oracle or Tech1.
  • Common sense and positivity
