      We are currently working with a complex Public Sector organisation, as they recruit for a Manager Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial planning, budgeting and performance monitoring, playing a key role in adding value to the organisations financial sustainability. This is a great opportunity to use your Strategic Finance and Leadership experience to lead a team that provides key commercial insights in order to influence decision making. Key Responsibilities: Take a leading role in managing medium to long term financial strategy and planning. Effectively manage a high performing function and team, building capability and fostering an environment for growth and career development, whilst adding value to the business and its strategic objectives. Effectively turn the finance strategy into action, through effectively designed planning processes, whilst ensuring the effective development of long term financial planning, budgeting and forecasting. Play a leading role in performance monitoring and reporting to ELT and SLT. Develop and maintain long term forecasting and modelling, whilst applying trend and economic modelling in order to provide key insights to the organisation. Ensure the effective maintenance and development of the asset management strategy, framework and processes, ensuring asset performance is enabling the organisation to deliver upon its asset management strategy. Key Requirements: CA Qualified or equivalent, with proven finance leadership experience within strategic finance/financial planning & analysisDemonstrated knowledge of the machinery of Government Strong leadership, relationship management and influencing skills, within a complex environment.
