Quantity Surveyor

Role available as a Project Manager with an immediate start date. This position is paying a salary of $100,000 plus vehicle and is based in Auckland.

One of New Zealand’s highly regarded residential housing companies is looking to bring on a new Quantity Surveyor. You will be joining a company with a proven track record of delivering the highest quality homes – this is not a volume house builder.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Minimum 7 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in NZ.
  • Ability to take a project from tendering stage through to back costing
  • Excellent communication skills – you will liaise with clients
  • Ability to make timely decisions
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • A proactive & enthusiastic attitude
  • Eye for detail and attitude for quality
  • Understanding of Home Star
  • QS qualification is preferable, but not essential
