Are you looking for a role in a reputable organisation with development opportunities?

The organisation I am working with is looking for a receptionist, located in a central CBD location close to bus and train links.

Duties of the role include:

  • Travel bookings/diary management
  • Transferring calls and meeting and greeting
  • Coordinating building maintenance issues
  • Organising couriers
  • Keeping meetings rooms presentable

You will be:

  • Experienced within a similiar role/ a customer service role
  • Intermediate MS office suite testing
  • Attentive to detail
  • Professional (this is a corporate organisation)
