Are you looking for a temporary reception/ admin position for at least 2 months with the likelihood of extending.

Are you looking for a temporary reception/ admin position for at least 2 months with the likelihood of extending.

Located close to public transport links in a central Auckland Location I am looking somebody who can start on the 15th april.

Duties of the role include:

  • Answering phones/queries from clients/ staff
  • Ordering groceries/ stationary
  • Basic IT issue support
  • Being the first point of contact for clients/ preparing beverages
  • Ad hoc admin support as required

I am looking for:

  • High attention to detail
  • A Strong communicator with a pleasant phone manner
  • A can do attitude ( somebody who will muck in and do whatever is required)
  • Somebody who can work autonomously as well as being part of a team
  • Somebody who is available for at least 2 months from 15th April

This role is a Monday- Friday position and I will need somebody who can commit between the hours of 8am-5pm.
