Exciting long term and permanent opportunities available!

  • 6 months Fixed Term position - Immediate start.
  • Permanent Reception and Facilities focused role - Open to candidates with a notice period.
We are looking for a customer focused candidate who thrives in a varied and busy reception role. The primary focus of each role is to provide high level customer service to fellow employees and external visitors.

In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Reception
  • Administration Support
  • Support to Group Managers
  • Facility Management
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

Essential Skills

  • Excellent computer skills with a high standard of proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular MS Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Excellent people and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, flexible and adaptable
  • Good relationship builder with a positive attitude
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Previous reception experience is desirable
