Are you looking for a role close to home in Albany? The organisation I am working with is looking for somebody for a 9 month fixed term contract to work in a frontline reception/ customer service administration role.

With free parking on site, this organisation is looking for somebody who can hit the ground running in a fast paced role.

Duties will include:

  • Answering customer queries via phone and email
  • Being first point of contact for visitors and delivery drivers.
  • Processing customer orders using an in house ERP system
  • General administrative support to the office manager

You will be:

  • A quick learner and able to hit the ground running using the ERP system
  • Experienced in reception/ customer service roles
  • A strong communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Comfortable with the environment- this is not your typical corporate support role (warehouse located next door)
  • An intermediate MS office suite user with experience using MS outlook
