As the Receptionist, ​you will be situated on the front desk and your duties would include but not be limited too;

  • meet​ing​ and greet​ing​ clients
  • provi​ding ​administrative support to the wider team
  • order​ing​ office supplies
  • data entry
  • assign visitor cards

Essential Skills

  • Excellent computer skills with a high standard of proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent people skills
  • Excellent at planning and organising with the ability to manage a number of tasks concurrently and prioritise own workload.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, flexible and adaptable
  • Good team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
