about the role:
This role is to be the all important first face to greet clients, visitors and employees.
Your role will involve but is not limited to:
- Organising and servicing of meetings both internal and external
- Hosting clients on site
- Office administration and mail support
- Answering any front-line enquiries
- Supporting staff with any administrative or office support needs
about you (the ideal candidate):
- previous reception or administration experience
- proficient computer skills
- clear phone communication and written skills
- professional presentation
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to work independently when required
