Exciting Opportunity for a Regional Manager in Auckland!
Our client is looking for a motivated, experienced leader to join their team as regional manager to support six early childhood centres across Auckland. Our client is dedicated to providing high-quality education and care. They are committed to fostering a fun, inclusive, and dynamic environment that has made them a top choice for families and educators alike.
This role is a permanent part time position with roughly 15 - 25 hours per week but will be increased during times of MOE or ERO visits. As regional manager you will be required to travel across Auckland to visit the centres and support managers and teaching staff.
Role and Daily Responsibilities:
As the Regional Manager, you will:
- Branch Management: Oversee Centre Managers and Franchisee through field visits ensuring high-quality education and care across all branches.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address customer satisfaction issues and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
- Statutory Obligations: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
- Team Leadership: Support and guide staff through performance improvement and professional development.
- Business Management: Develop new franchise opportunities and manage relationships with prospective franchisees.
- Financial and Administrative duties: Ensure budgets are maintained and administrative systems are monitored.
Qualifications and Experience
... - ECE or Primary Qualification or Overseas Equivalent (Level 7+)
- Full NZ Teachers Registration
- Management experience in ECE teaching environment with record of managing teams or multiple centres
- This role would suit someone with exceptional communication and strong knowledge of ECE compliance and regulatory requirements as set out by ERO & MOE
