As a Risk and Audit Partner you will have the opportunity to grow your risk, internal audit and leadership skills. In a Team that uses Agile delivery processes you will lead engagements focused on assessing and improving business processes that directly influence business performance.

As a team you will report to the Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee. You will be responsible for leading out 2 or 3 engagements each 90 days related to the principal business objectives and/or risks. You will operate in an fast paced environment where the stakes are high and the opportunity to add value is frequent. The culture is one of empowerment and support. The successful candidate will be a motivated and experienced risk and audit professional with the following:

  • Technical risk and audit skills that allow you to scope and execute in a wide range of business situations;
  • Proven performer able to manage challenges and deliver consistent high-quality results;
  • Polished engagement and influencing skills;
  • Excellent communication skills (e.g. presentations, reports, work-papers and files); and
  • Takes charge of growth and development through deliberate and measured actions.

In addition to these skills we would expect you to have relevant professional qualifications (e.g. Chartered Accountant, CIA) and tertiary education (University Degree).
