About this Centre:

We are a vibrant, purpose built centre located right by the water! Our centre is 7 years old and licensed for 103 children, It is a very nurturing and child focused centre, which is what we’re looking for in a Room Leader. Plenty of room for development through our mentoring & Leadership programs.

About the Role:

We are looking for an approachable Room Leader, with at least 3 years teaching experience and 1 + years in leadership experience. You will be responsible for running your own room with a strong focus on emotional development, mentoring teachers and children daily. Setting goals, offering strategies and working as a team is apart of your daily routine. This is a full time, permanent position, starting as soon as possible.

You will need:

  • Proven teaching and leadership experience
  • Your ECE teaching qualification
  • Your teachers registration
  • To be able to Nurture, care and develop children
  • To be open, committed and embrace change
  • A passion for working with your community
  • An open communication style
