You will be providing prompt customer service, inputting information into computer systems, and where required contacting other services and teams to provide further assistance to the customer.This role requires you to have an impeccable phone manner, strong emotional intelligence, be tech savvy, and quick to act in high-pressure or stressful situations. Hours and shiftsThis is a full-time role (40 hours per week)Rostered across 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday Pay rateThe rate of pay for this role is $23 per hour + 8% holiday pay.
