About the Company

This company is a well established organisation in the market place. The organisation has been in the industry for a number of years. Today they are the main player in the industry and as they seek to restructure as part of their growth plan we are seeking quality applicants for various positions.

The Role

The successful candidate will also be accountable for assisting the Manager for all areas of the business which include but not limited to,

  • Strategy and Planning
  • Programme and Development and Implementation
  • Maintain the Health and Safety Systems
  • Management of Third Party Relationships
  • Liaise with Key senior stake holders
  • Leadership coaching and Facilitation

You will be responsible for ensuring all component of the HSMS are well understood, embedded within the business effectively and are regularly achieving the required results. You will be required to undertake risk assessments and the investigation of incidents.

Skills and Experience

  • sound understanding of the Health and Safety Work Act 2015
  • Safety Auditing and audit management
  • incident investigation (experience with ICAM is advantageous)
  • Leadership coaching
  • Experience in a similar role
  • NEBOSH or OSH Diploma (or similar)
