Our client is a market-leader in in their and a trusted supplier to their customers. With a commitment to its employees and customers alike, they have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, self-motivated Account Manager to join their Christchurch team.
Join this dynamic team as an Account Manager with a specialised focus on relationship selling in the building construction industry. Previous experience within Fastenings will be advantageous. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our company and our valued clients. As a Relationship-Focused Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture strong, long-lasting partnerships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. You'll leverage your exceptional interpersonal skills to develop a deep understanding of client goals, providing strategic guidance and ensuring overall satisfaction.
We are seeking candidates with:
- Previous experience in Account Management
- Experience within the building industry is a bonus but not essential
- A high level of motivation and commitment
- An eye for opportunity
- An ability to understand the needs of your customers
- The ability to identify issues and offer solutions
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage your own schedule
