The Opportunity:

Reporting to the recruitment manager, you will be responsible for the following competencies:

  • 80% Business development
  • Enrolling customers, customer retention, account management, prospecting
  • Building relationships with all levels of stakeholders
  • Networking

The successful employee:

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Target driven
  • Passionate about making a difference
  • Empathetic
  • Strong communication skills (tailored language)
  • Self motivated
  • Full NZ drivers licence
  • Sales expereince in a similar position
