We are currently seeking a self-motivated, proactive and energetic team member to join a busy locally owned and operated business in Christchurch in the role of Customer Service/Sales support.

This position is a vital support role, and is key to the on-going success of the company. With a strong reputation in the market and a loyal client base that’s been built off the back of a quality promise and strong levels of customer service delivery – you will be responsible for ensuring that every interaction with an external client is both memorable and enjoyable!

The ideal applicant will be able to work under pressure, provide efficient and friendly advice, and will like to have fun at work! There’s a school of thought that suggests happy staff members are contagious and we want to ensure that all clients feel happy when dealing with you too!


In this role, no two days will be the same- and we want someone who will go the extra mile, has a ‘can do’ attitude and is solution focused when faced with difficult queries. You will be assisting a trade’s team with the day to day running of sales support, both in the office and in the on-site warehouse. This support includes being a customer service wiz, order processing, picking small item orders, quoting, pricing, and counter/ telephone support, plus general administrative duties.
