Responsibilities:
- Coordinate 2 weekly sprints and daily stand-ups
- Plan deliverables
- Coach the team in Agile frameworks
- Ensure internal communications are clear so the team can effectively collaborate
- Be the point of contact for external communications with stakeholders
- Work with the Product Owner on the backlog and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Ensure the team are meeting deadlines and deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Help build a productive environment where the team can deliver
Essential Skills:
- Experience in a Scrum Master role
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Scrum Master certification
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
