job description

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced administrator who is available for a part time opportunity. Based in Johnsonville, you will work alongside the legal executive and assist with any administration duties to help out during a busy spell.

Day to day duties will include filing, updating customer information, proof reading reports and cross checking information.

The successful candidate will be proactive, work effectively within a team, have good organisational skills and be able to hit the ground running. The ability to manage a busy workload, whilst maintaining a positive and professional attitude is the key to success in this temporary role.

Ideal applicants would:

  • have 3+ years administration experience
  • have experience with MS Word & Excel
  • have experience with proof reading reports
  • be available immediately and able to travel to Johnsonville

This assignment will be 25hours per week and is initially 4 weeks with potential for extension depending on the workload. This opportunity will offer you a competitive hourly rate and a warm and motivating team environment.
