A typical day in the life:
- Handle creation, formatting, proofreading, and final editing of documents.
- Manage switchboard, client and website queries, and meeting room setups.
- Market scheduled events, create presentation content, track attendance, manage correspondence, and provide technical support.
- Create content, maintain client queries, and work to improve website traffic.
- Do reporting on the website and social media to measure and ensure effectiveness.
- Provide support to leadership, and manage housekeeping and kitchen maintenance.
- Facilitate interaction, polling questions, and oversee webinar product/program management.
- Maintain and create new client records, generate client documents.
- Handle electronic filing and ensure accurate document storage.
A bit about you:
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, with strong expertise in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Must have strong technical experience and abilities
- 5 or more year's office administration experience.
- Proficient in managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Time Management and organisational skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
