Senior Business Analyst (12month Fixed Term)


The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst and problem solver to join a collaborative team in the public sector striving to achieve genuinely positive outcomes for the rest of New Zealand. Best suited for somebody that has extensive experience delivering business-driven projects and comfortable working in a changing, complex environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for personifying best practice and work with stakeholders to develop options and solutions to benefit the organisation and, in turn, Aotearoa.


Preferred Experience

  • Proven experience significantly contributing to Business Projects
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, complex environments
  • Previous focus on business processes and process improvements
  • Fantastic stakeholder engagement and skilled communicating with all areas of the business
  • Proficient in the gathering and documenting of functional and non-functional requirements
  • History of guiding and mentoring less experienced Business Analysts.
