Our Client is part of a big research environmental project for all New Zealanders that develops the knowledge and tools available in support of our land environment and biodiversity goals. As Senior Business Analyst you will get to work alongside other team members and will help them with the implementation of Financial Management Information System modules, an HRIS and CRM.

Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate and mentor the BA team ensuring we have the right capability and capacity to implement on programme workstreams.
Working alongside experts to achieve the financial and non-financial benefits targeted by the programme as per the approved business case.
Design and oversee the application of analysis and evaluation methodologies.
Collaboration with other BA teams, Workstream Leads, positive relationships with all stakeholders and good team leading skills.
Support the Programme Manager, contributing analysis outputs, recommendations, and to the overall document design.

Requirements:

5+ year's experience as a Business Analyst.
Practical experience with NetSuite (or other ERP systems) and Lean Six Sigma. As well as M365 applications, BI tools, SharePoint, and advanced Excel.
Good planning and organisational skills.
An understanding of and ideally experience with Human Centered Design.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellence in time management skills.
Project Management experience, ideally with Agile project management methodologies.
Experience leading a team, coordinating project team members.

Note: this is a fixed term position until June 2026.
