    Join a progressive team of professionals who love to help SME business owners make the most of their businesses. We are looking for an Senior Accountant to help us out in our very busy period reviewing annual accounts.

    The Role

    This role is working in the team to offer exceptional service to our wide range of clients.

    • Review Financial Statements and Tax Returns.
    • Reviewing others work and assisting the team.
    • Providing general accounting, taxation and business advice to clients.
    • Liaising with our clients and carrying out value add work.
    • You will be working as a senior practice accountant
    • Suggesting efficient tax structures & helping minimise tax for our hard working business clients.
    • Chatting to clients, understanding their issues and providing support and advice
    • Prepare GST returns
    • Review provisional tax

    The successful applicant will need to have:

    • A progressive attitude and a strong desire to provide a high level of service to their clients.
    • Demonstrated the skills required to manage the end to end accounting process in a dynamic environment, whilst coping with a variety of competing priorities.
    • CA qualification as well as significant practise experience.
    • Solid accounting experience.

    • 5 years + experience in public practice is essential
    • Qualified Chartered Accountant
    • Good Judgement
    • Confident with Xero
    • High empathy and communication skills
