This government organisation is transforming the way that they present services & information to their customers, continually working to put there customers at the heart of everything they do. The marketing & communications team are looking for extra resource to support the internal & external communication of change.

The marketing & communications team requires a strong senior advisor to join the team. You'll be developing and implementing communications plans to keep New Zealand informed with policy & legislative changes. There is complexity and challenge, so no two days are the same. You will need to be energetic and adaptable to thrive in this environment. This role requires strategic nous and tactical know how, you'll have a key role in helping the team continue to deliver the organisations marketing & communications plan.

  • Providing strategic communications advice to internal & external clients
  • You will have been involved in communicating multiple campaigns for various audiences
  • Experience in writing content for internal and external audiences across all channels including digital media
  • You will be a strong writer with experience creating content for different audiences
  • At least 5 years experience as a senior communications advisor or Public relations
  • Strong relationship & stakeholder engagement skills
