You will be working in a state-of-the-art, secure and dynamic operating centre in a small - but vibrant - team. As one of the first monitoring operators to take on this project, you will gain invaluable knowledge and be a highly regarded member of the team as they continue to grow...

The Job:

- Responding to alarms, answering calls and remote monitoring.

- Making decisions on the right course of action for the situation.

- Dispatching guards and patrols, liaising with clients and authorities.

- Working closely with others in the team to keep our community ssafe.

- Navigating various systems to reach the best outcome for the situation.

The Right Person:

- Is resilient and able to think on their feet in pressured situations.

- Has fine-tuned problem solving skills and initiative.

- Is confident with tech and being on the phone.

- Has superb communication - both on the phone, in person and in writing.

- Is dependable and accountable.

- Reliable and able to work 40 hours a week on a rotating 24/7 roster.

Due to the nature of the role, you must also be trustworthy, confidential and have sound judgement.
