    We have a great opportunity for a Senior Programme Coordinator to support a large scale national project. Our client is a large government department with new, modern offices based in the CBD.     Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide programme administrative support to the workstream lead, managers and staff.
    • Monitor and report at a programme and project level.
    • Manage information and document management.
    • Support service delivery by the team.
    • Support your group's strategic direction.

    Requirements:

    As our ideal candidate you will have

    • Good working knowledge of and experience in working with project management methodologies, practices and tools.
    • Proficient in administration and/or coordination.
    • Strong document management and reporting with the ability to acquire required information from team members.
    • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
    • Have experience using Programme Management tools.
